Potential engagements include identifying AI opportunities, advising on model selection, designing retrieval-based knowledge assistants, automating repeated work, creating custom interfaces and agents, integrating AI services with existing systems, and assessing model usage and costs. We define the scope, responsibilities and deliverables of any engagement separately.<\/p>\n

Our approach to responsible AI<\/h2>\n

Every application creates different risks and trade-offs. We aim to consider information quality, privacy, confidentiality, cost, security, bias, accessibility and the points where a person needs to check an AI-generated output. We favour honest expectations over unrealistic guarantees of accuracy or automation.<\/p>\n

Building our own products: Modelspend<\/h2>\n

Twizu is also actively developing Modelspend<\/a>, an AI cost-intelligence concept focused on making spending and usage easier to understand. Developing a product alongside consultancy gives us an opportunity to explore real product decisions, such as model costs, data presentation, useful alerts and integration design. Modelspend remains in development; capabilities and availability are not yet guaranteed.<\/p>\n
